Ryan Higa is a youtuber. From 2009-2010 he was the most subscribed youtuber but then, pewdipie came. Although he isn't the most subscribed he is still subscribed to, with 1,257,390 subscribers! He is still pretty famous. He was born in Hawaii, hono lulu. But moved to California when he was 5.
My opinion
In my opinion...... Ryan Higa is hilarious! You should watch his videos and you will laugh a lot! He has a series called off the pill. Basically it's when he doesn't take his pills and blabs on and on and on.
